Responsibilities :
- Provide a range of oral hygiene services including thorough and gentle cleanings, scaling, root planing, polishing restorations, and application of cavity preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including dental history and periodontal health, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist the dentist as needed during patient procedures.
- Administer local anesthetics in accordance with the dental practice act.
