Job Description
One of our largest financial clients is looking for technical support analysts to join their on-site team in New York City. These candidates are being brought on for BAU work supporting on-site deskside support end-users. They will be tracking tickets in Service Now, performing PC refreshes, assisting new user set-ups and doing some manual work all for roughly 3500 end users. They will be responsible for Hardware and Software, Setting up new pcs. A / V break fix, Network printer breakfix, various other hardware and software break / fix, first line trouble shooting phone and network issues. They are looking for someone with strong customer service skills to bring value to the team.
