The base compensation range for this role is $58.40 - $61.91 per hour.

As an Operator, your primary duties include operating heavy equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Follows prescribed safety regulationsEnsure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned areaPerforms routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaningObserves equipment operation to detect machine malfunctionFollows work plans and pre-task cardsOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededOperates the following equipment based on the requirements of the project : Blade Dozer Loader Scraper Forklift / Telehandler Crane Bobcat / Skid-steer Boom Lifts / Aerial Lifts RollerAll team members are expected to demonstrate the following characteristics :
