Director of Corporate Development – Global at Quantum Machines. We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development who embodies ambition and positivity and who can take full ownership of responsibilities, collaborating with remote teams to meet and exceed objectives and serve our expanding customer base.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct and coordinate financial, commercial, and technical due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strategic theses and business cases for acquisitions in alignment with QM’s long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee integration planning and execution to ensure value realization post-acquisition.
• Stay deeply informed about the quantum computing ecosystem, including key players, emerging startups, technologies, and venture trends.
• Continuously assess competitive landscapes and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential M&A targets, founders, VCs, and research institutions.
• Represent Quantum Machines as a strategic partner and thought leader within the quantum community.
• Work closely with R&D, product, finance, legal, and operations teams to evaluate opportunities and drive integration.
• Collaborate directly with QM’s CEO, executive team, and board on corporate development strategy and execution.
