Sr. Project Manager For Healthcare Opportunities For Professional And Educational Success (HOPES) Program
The Sr. Project Manager for the Healthcare Opportunities for Professional and Educational Success (HOPES) program will work closely with the Program Director and leadership team to develop strategy, resources and programs to meet objectives of the NYS Department of Health Healthcare Education and Life-skills Program Grant. The goal of the funding is to increase the number of students, or trainees, pursuing careers in healthcare by offering wrap-around services and support. This role will report to the Program Director and will be an active member of day to day operations with key responsibilities in tracking expenditures and other budget related activities for the grant requirements.
Job duties specific to this position :
- Provide administrative support to students, staff and faculty as it relates to grant objectives.
- Answer general email and phone inquiries.
- Draft written communications for dissemination to key stakeholders.
- Schedule on and off-campus meetings.
- Support the Program Director with the drafting and submission of required grant reports.
- With support from the Director and leadership team, develop and implement student-facing engagement programs in alignment with grant initiatives.
- Serve as a representative for the HOPES program at recruitment events or other community programs to promote the grant mission.
- Maintain detailed records of all expenses related to the grant initiatives to ensure compliance with both grant and Le Moyne College record retention requirements.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of all grant events, expenses, surveys, key contacts and other office records.
- Support budget logistics and process payments in compliance with grant guidelines.
- Participate in the continuous shared assessment process to include discussions and actions related to program compliance and outcomes for student success.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Program Director.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred5+ years of project management, budget, or other administrative experienceAbility to work under a grant-directed position; prior grant experience preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholdersKnowledge and understanding of grants, higher education and / or students in healthcare training programs preferredA high level of organization with the ability to implement systems and follow up processes, handle multiple assignments and meet deadlinesThe ability to use independent judgment and produce quality workStrong writing and PC skills (Microsoft Office and Google Suite)Willingness to work limited evenings or weekend events as needed with advanced noticeExperience with payment processes, financial management and / or budgeting preferred.Le Moyne Benefits :

Pay Range : $63,000 - $66,000 annually
