Implementation Specialist- Dec 1 Start Date

We're seeking a driven Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in the success of our Mpower project deployments. This position goes beyond routine implementation-you'll be directly shaping the readiness, training, and adoption experience for end-u across our organization. From ensuring asset and inventory accuracy, leading engaging virtual instructor led training, to supporting u through the critical go-live and hypercare activities, you will be at the center of smooth and successful deployments.

What You'll Do

Asset & Inventory Readiness

• Lead training and readiness activities to ensure assets and inventory align with system requirements.
• Validate data accuracy through weekly reporting.
• Provide expert guidance to resolve inventory setup issues.

End-User Training

Cutover & Blackout Week Preparation

Go-Live Execution (Week 1)

Post-Go-Live Support & Hypercare
