Senior Clinical Trial Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead the operational delivery of cell therapy clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the operational execution of assigned cell therapy trials from startup to close-out

Develop and manage study timelines, budgets, and operational metrics while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Oversee site feasibility, selection, and close-out activities, while fostering effective communication across study teams

Required Qualifications

B.S. degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical operations, specifically in managing clinical trials in biotech or pharmaceutical settings

Established experience in Cell Therapy / CAR T studies

Strong clinical study conduct experience from start-up through close-out

Working knowledge of relevant GCPs and FDA / EMA regulations

Experience in a small / mid biotechnology environment with a startup mindset
