Job Description : As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the usability and functionality of our products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to implement design solutions.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a hybrid model environment.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
