Our client, a leading manufacturing facility specializing in medical device production, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Maintenance Technician I

Location : Hayward, CA

Pay Range : $24 - $27 / hr

Shift : 9am- 5 : 30pm

What's the Job?

• Support plant production through troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing and facilities equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on medical device manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems
• Respond to trouble calls and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Ensure all work is documented accurately in the CMMS system following GMP and safety standards
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
