Job description6 - 10+ years Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs). Strong experience with Sales Cloud customization and automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules). Hands-on production support for P1 / P2 incidents. Strong debugging & integration troubleshooting experience. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Experience with Git and CI / CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, etc.). Salesforce PD1 required; PD2 preferred. Experience with MuleSoft or external APIs.

Job Summary :
Seeking a hands-on, client-facing Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Apex, LWC, and Sales Cloud experience who can triage and remediate critical defects (P1 / P2). Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle production issues in real time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and LWC components.
- Support & troubleshoot Sales Cloud features (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, etc.).
- Lead production defect triage, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
- Troubleshoot Apex logic, flows, integrations, and automation issues.
- Work directly with clients for updates, escalations, and technical explanations.
- Support deployments, QA testing, and Agile ceremonies.
