Pre-Litigation Attorney Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal injury law and will be responsible for managing cases before they reach litigation, providing exceptional legal support to clients, and ensuring their rights are protected throughout the pre-litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to assess case viability.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing parties.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
• Gather and review evidence, medical records, and other relevant documentation to support client claims.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to build strong cases.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards.
