Overview and Duties : Handles front-line receptionist and mail / file tasks. Key duties include :
- Managing incoming / outgoing mail / packages; maintaining receipt / mailing records.
- Answering phones / emails; greeting high-level guests; scheduling meetings / calendars.
- Creating / distributing correspondence / reports; general office support (data entry, filing, inventory tracking).
- Setting up conference / training rooms; supporting CLIENT's customer-facing interactions.
Qualifications :
1-3 years in professional office as support assistant / receptionist.Experience handling communications / mail; managing calendars / guests.Effective written / verbal skills; proficient in office software / equipment.Physical ability for files / boxes.High School diploma required (higher education preferred).Place of Performance : Arlington, VA 22209 (full-time on-site).
