Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update vendor and customer master data with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in auditing compliance with Standard Internal Controls
• Support external financial audit processes by preparing documentation and reports
• Research and help implement automation tools for financial reporting
• Provide support to Accounts Payable during team transitions
• Conduct audits of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Contribute to Lean Administration initiatives aimed at improving financial workflows
• Participate in various finance and accounting projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
