On-Call : Some on-call required (no weekend call)

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced travel OB / GYN RN to provide patient-centered care in labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, and OB / GYN units in Sault Ste. Marie, MI .

Position Overview :

Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, including ongoing assessment, interventions, and evaluation of patient responses

Serve as a team leader and resource , delegating and overseeing support staff

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish goals and outcomes for each patient

Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective care for all patient types

Key Responsibilities :

40% : Assess patient needs and provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and evidence-based standards

30% : Administer medications, perform treatments, patient education, respond to call lights, assist with transfers, respond to alarms, and perform other duties as needed

20% : Evaluate treatment plan effectiveness and participate in care plan updates with the team

10% : Maintain compliance with hospital policies and local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements : Required :

2+ years OB / GYN or Labor & Delivery nursing experience

BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA)

NRP – Advanced

Holiday availability

Preferred :

Previous travel nursing experience
