Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Labor and Delivery Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) Facility : Albany Medical Center Location : 43 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Nights – 3x12 Hours (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM) Schedule : Every other weekend; rotating holidays Submittal Type : Auto Offer Position Overview The Labor and Delivery Unit at Albany Medical Center provides comprehensive maternal and neonatal care for high- and moderate-risk pregnancies. Nurses in this role are responsible for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patient care, as well as immediate newborn assessment and stabilization. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent L&D experience and current Epic charting experience . EFM certification through the National Certification Corporation or Intermediate AWHONN (issued within the past 3 years) is required at the time of submission. Navy blue scrubs are required. Local candidates (as defined by AMC’s ineligible counties list) are not accepted .
