Sigmatech is seeking a qualified space operator with instructor experience to join its Delta 9 training support team. This position requires 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday at Schriever SFB, and will primarily focus on developing the 1 SOPS Crew Commander Course to include :

• Plan of Instruction
• Lesson Plans
• Visual Aids / PowerPoint
• Scenarios / Script
• Written Assessments / Answer Keys

Experience and Skills

10+ years of space operations and training experience, with 3+ years as a crew commander.

Bachelors Degree in relevant career field. Master's Degree preferred.

TS / SCI required.

1+ year of Orbital Warfare related experience

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $125,000 to $140,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education / training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
