Isaiah House is looking for a dedicated and driven person to take on the role of Admissions Assistant at our men's center in Willisburg, KY.
This will be a 2nd shift position working Monday–Thursday 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM.

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS :
Maintain a working knowledge of and adhere to all IH policies and procedures including HIPAA complianceStay current on bed space and open availability each morning and throughout the dayAnswer incoming calls from potential clients and client family members to answer questions and provide reassuranceMonitor and update the admissions feed to field questions related to Client Care Navigator referralsComplete detailed applications with clients over the phoneGenerate first contact email with all required information regarding a potential clientEnsure client has active insurance or proper payment arrangement prior to schedulingSchedule clients for intake dates, times, and communicate that with the Admissions CoordinatorComplete intake and admissions process within CelerityCommunicate with attorneys, judges, and local corrections facilities to gain needed authorizations for clients to be released to Isaiah House for treatmentBe available and attend weekly meetings with Admissions team and CoordinatorsRequirements : QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of high school diploma, or GED.Prefer experience in working with various funding streams and ability to collaborate with our billing departmentExperience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
