The expected base rate for this role is $20.54 per hour during training period (2-8 weeks), then paid component pay (base plus miles, cases, and stops).

Pay consists of an hourly rate, component pay, and other incentives.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, and a Saturday per month during the months of April-September. Dispatching between 4 : 00 am - 7 : 00 am. Work until all cases are delivered.

Hours subject to change based on business needs.

Main Ingredients of the Job :

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
• Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
• Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection

Compensation depends on relevant experience and / or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $18.00 / hour and $24.50 / hour. As applicable, this role will also receive paid training and component pay (i.e., based on cases, mileage, stops).
