Job Summary

Hampton Nursing and Rehab, a leading healthcare provider in Bay City, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation

Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

Assist with medication administration and management

Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care

Requirements :

Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Michigan

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
