Le Alfré is a fast-growing men's lifestyle brand started 3 years ago in New York City with a strong and expanding digital and retail footprint with ambitious goals for the next stage of growth. We are looking to hire a Retail Operations Analyst.

Role Overview

The Retail Operations Analyst is a dynamic hybrid role responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across both our physical and digital platforms. You'll be a key presence in our NYC flagship store, while also supporting our eCommerce operations—from packing orders to answering customer inquiries. This is an ideal position for a driven, polished, and detail-oriented individual looking to grow with a lifestyle brand at an exciting stage of scale.

You will serve as the connective tissue between sales, service, styling, operations, and brand storytelling — acting as the heartbeat of how our clientele experiences the world of Le Alfré.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Digital Support

  • Manage inbound customer service communication across email, chat, and social (tools like Gorgias, Klaviyo, Shopify).
  • Handle all post-purchase issues including returns, exchanges, shipping errors, damaged goods, and special requests.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base of customer FAQs and product information.
  • Represent the brand voice with care & class in all digital communications.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of product details, sizing and brand story to seamless communication with customers and potential customers.
  • Track service KPIs (response times, resolution rates, CSAT) and identify trends and pain points.

Retail Store & Physical Experience

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and inventory at NYC Flagship Store, "Alfré's Penthouse", ensuring it reflects the Le Alfré aesthetic and level of service.
  • Maintain store readiness : cleanliness, merchandising, back stock, supplies, and hospitality elements.
  • Monitor inventory stock levels in-store and maintain organization of all inventory such as hangers, products, handtowels, soap, etc.
  • Operations, Fulfillment & Inventory

  • Pack and ship online orders with precision, speed & attention to detail with hand written notes and excellent presentation
  • Process returns and exchanges via platforms like Shopify, Redo, and Gorgias.
  • Monitor and organize inventory for both retail and eCommerce channels.
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and supply management.
  • Ideal Candidate

    Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years experience in customer experience, retail, project management or inventory management
  • Previous experience managing physical retail locations or fulfillment preferred but not necessary.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication — warm, articulate, and professional.
  • Comfort with tech tools (Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Notion, CRM platforms) but not necessary.
  • Highly organized, operationally sharp, and proactive.
