Lead Product Manager, Data Monetization

About the Role

We’re seeking a

Lead Product Manager to drive our

data monetization strategy , leveraging Attentive’s identity graph and first-party data to improve return on ad spend across platforms. You’ll own initiatives that unlock new value for our customers by powering more efficient, privacy-safe, and AI-enhanced advertising through data products and integrations.

What You'll Accomplish

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and executive alignment for data monetization initiatives, with a focus on activating first-party data across ad platforms
• Lead integrations with key advertising platforms like Meta — including deep familiarity with EMQ (Event Match Quality) scores and optimization levers
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to build scalable infrastructure for identity resolution, enrichment, and audience activation
• Partner with legal and compliance to ensure privacy-safe, consent-driven data usage
• Engage directly with strategic customers to solicit feedback and validate product concepts
• Define and run hypothesis driven A / B tests to evaluate product impact, in collaboration with go-to-market and analytics teams
• Track performance metrics, ensure product adoption, and drive continuous iteration based on data insights
