Job description

We're assisting a well-funded, profitable startup with their search for founding engineers. Their product allows healthcare organizations to responsibly deploy AI in their operations. This role will work onsite in their SF office in Lower Haight, and they're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity.

Tech Stack : TypeScript, Next.js, Python, FastAPI

Problems the engineering team is working on right now :

Developing a visual programming language that lets healthcare providers build their own operational co-pilots
Training cutting-edge models for medical record reasoning
Creating pipelines that rapidly tune task-specific models using preference data from our co-pilots

What you'll bring :

1+ years of experience working on difficult technical problems with a sense of craft.

Production experience with TypeScript, React, Python.

Experience (or at least interest) in working with LLMs.
