- Proven experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations at scale.
- Strong background in Project / Program Management , Logistics , or IT Infrastructure .
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow , ITSM , and Process Automation .
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to AI tools and G Suite preferred.
