Job Description : \nBecome part of Essentia's accomplished team in Duluth, Minnesota on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior!We are currently hiring for our Inpatient Rehab team at Essentia Health - Duluth!- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. - You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and / or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.\nEducation Qualifications : \n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\nBrainerd Lakes - 13300 MH Adult Consolidated and 14200 Focus Unit Only : \n

• In accordance with Minnesota Rules 245G.11 subdivision 1; all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least two years immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Chemical use problems are defined as : receiving treatment for substance use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements, including medication-assisted treatment; substance use or mental health disorders that have negatively impacted the staff member's job performance; substance use or mental health disorders that affect the credibility of treatment services with clients, referral sources, or other members of the community; and symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job.\n\nLicensure / Certification Qualifications : \nCertification / Licensure Requirements : \n
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing\n
• Current nursing licensure in Minnesota\n
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month\n\nExperience : 1 year Acute RN experience preferred\n
• External candidate RNs are eligible for sign on incentive of $10,000 for ADNs and $15,000 for BSNs
