Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. As a PCA, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients well-being and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status
• Follow care plans and work closely with the care team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PCA or CNA certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
