Our client is seeking experienced, entrepreneurial Financial Planners wanting to rapidly grow their book of business (and they're compensating them accordingly). Military Veterans are highly preferred!

This position requires a candidate who will deeply understand the "wealth" side of the business and the impact insurance can have on the end users. The right candidate should have empathy for his clients and an understanding of their needs. To be a successful Financial Advisor, and an independent business owner, the candidate should be able to develop training for clientele in cooperation, and with the support of local agencies and corporate offices.

Our client has over 33,000 clients, has administered assets worth over $2B and over 200+ representatives in multiple corporate offices across the USA. Their team has experienced professionals who will help guide you on the proper path for your own further professional development.

Compensation

Full Commission; Non-Recourse Loan and Uncapped Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Provides sound financial recommendations to help ensure financial security for clients
  • Acts as an advocate for clients
  • Enhance, enrich, and serve the client base
  • Implements cutting-edge financial strategies to grow
  • Develops long-lasting, value-based client relationships
  • Expands a business practice by use of effective prospecting and referral-based strategies
  • Identifies and cultivates new client relationships within target markets
  • Implements strategies for gaining new clients

  • Having (or obtaining) State Life and Health Licenses

  • Minimum four-year degree
  • CFP, AAMS, CIMA preferred
  • RACP, CEXP preferred
