UX Researcher - Washington

A company is looking for a Usability Researcher 2 to lead research initiatives focused on Copilot / AI features for M365 Outlook Calendar.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute remote usability studies (moderated and unmoderated)

Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights

Create compelling reports, video compilations, and issue tracking documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of UX research experience, or 1 year in UX research with 2+ years in related product-making roles

Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

Strong project management, organization, and planning skills

Experience writing surveys and analyzing basic quantitative data

Degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Statistics, or a related field
