  • Develop your skills :  you begin your journey with Supercuts’ industry-leading, proprietary training academy followed by one-on-one coaching from our franchisee groups’ own Stylist Development team.  You’ll continue to grow with ongoing training and seminars in cuts, styling, Paul Mitchell color, waxing, retail, and more.
