Job descriptionComply with all operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store. Assist with inventory procedures and tracking metrics. Greet customers warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business. Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance. Foster a positive work environment. Previous retail management experience is preferred. Competent computer skills. Excellent team building and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
