KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, ECP SAP SuccessFactors to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities :

• Lead SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the payroll function, inclusive of partnering with other technical solutions (such as HR, Workforce Management, Benefits, Finance)
• Manage cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial management
• Identify opportunities to improve Payroll processes, enhance the Payroll operating model, and implement SAP Payroll best practices, as well as help clients identify Payroll risks and optimization opportunities
• Assist in the practice development and execute process and strategy improvements within our SAP HCM / SuccessFactors US practice with a focus on Payroll and Workforce Management; drive the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources and training for Payroll transformation efforts
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach
• Global Payroll expertise with a focus on SAP ECP, and other Payroll vendors and solutions
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

California Salary Range : $135000 - $218000
