We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. This role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with data modeling, reporting, and visualization using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Description :

As a Data Analyst , you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources to uncover insights that support organizational goals. The Data Analyst will create dashboards and reports, monitor data quality, and identify trends that drive business performance. The Data Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, transform data into actionable intelligence, and support decision-making across departments.

The Data Analyst will ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established data governance standards while communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to identify key patterns and insights.

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Collaborate with business teams to understand analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Conduct trend analysis, identify anomalies, and support forecasting and planning efforts.

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and best practices.

Utilize SQL for querying and manipulating data efficiently.

Perform ad-hoc data analysis and present results in clear and actionable formats.

Support data integration efforts with IT and cloud teams when required.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to present complex data insights effectively.

Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is a plus.

U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of telecom or technology industry datasets.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

The Data Analyst will play a key role in enabling data-driven strategy by transforming raw data into valuable business insights that enhance decision-making and performance across the organization.
