Overview

Join a high-performance MSP in La Verne, CA where your technical expertise and client instincts matter. Were looking for a Project Engineer who thrives on delivering clean, efficient solutions and who acts as the face of the project to business clients who rely on us. This role leads deployments, upgrades, and migrations and helps clients with real engineer-driven outcomes.

Compensation

  • Base pay range : $100,000.00 / yr - $115,000.00 / yr
  • Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus
  • Annual salary target : $115K + 401(k) with match (as stated in description)

Location

La Verne, CA

What Youll Do

  • Lead project work : server builds, cloud migrations, network refreshes, firewalls, and more
  • Scope, plan, and execute projects with clear communication and minimal disruption
  • Be client-facing, manage expectations, build trust, and deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Serve as escalation for complex issues from service desk team
  • Stay hands-on with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.), and virtualization

    • What You Bring

  • 46+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including direct client-facing project work
  • 5 years of MSP experience is a must
  • Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
  • Networking (VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, switching)
  • Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
