A growing multi-industry organization is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. This role is based at our support center in Neenah, WI and involves frequent travel to site visits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Select and manage subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Address project challenges, delays, or emergencies with effective problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Provide clients with regular updates on project status, timelines, and budgets.
• Interpret and communicate technical details and contract terms clearly.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Oversee construction activities from initiation to completion.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support project success.
