The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. The RN plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of patient care, supporting patients through every stage of their healthcare journey, and helping MHHC achieve excellence in outcomes and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical and administrative nursing care.
• Conduct screenings, triage, pain management, falls prevention, discharge planning, and patient education.
• Advocate for patients and families, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care across internal and external providers.
• Execute the medical plan of care under the direction of treating clinicians and within the RN scope of practice.
• Supervise LPNs, Medical Assistants, and supplemental staff as applicable.
• Support patients in disease self-management and behavior modification interventions.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and Patient-Centered Medical Home activities.
• Assist with prior authorizations for clinical and pharmacy-related orders.
