POSITION SUMMARY :
Leads all aspects of the HMS business in the Phoenix division to ensure Associate development, operational delivery, agreement base growth, and overall profitability.
REQUIREMENTS :
10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC field or similar3-5 years operations and strategic management experienceDemonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to lead senior leaders, front line leaders, and staffFinancial acumen : P&L responsibility for $20 Million+ businessStrong change management skillsBachelor's Degree preferredESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Redeem annual plan in sales bookings, revenue, gross profit, maintenance base growth, and net operating incomeResponsible for achieving division sales plan, partnering with sales managers, and mentoring Associates to achieve their sales goalsMinimizes cancellation rate by proactively engaging with top accounts and directing sales and operations to promptly and effectively address client concernsLeads operations team in ensuring preventative maintenance delivery, timely repairs, and quality replacement projects through communicating clear priorities, effective pricing strategies, contract escalations, manpower planning and technical trainingPartners with operations and support staff to quickly and accurately bill clients, and supports collections effortsSystems and Processes
Evaluates operating processes, procedures, and methods for effectiveness as the business grows, and recommends / implements change as neededQuickly learns and gains mastery of company software stack to gather, analyze, and act upon operational and financial dataIdentifies inefficiencies and obstacles affecting the team and clients, and works diligently to resolve them in a timely mannerSafety

Base salary range : $150,000 to $250,000; depending on proven experience / proficiency.
Compensation package includes a base salary plus monthly car allowance and annual bonus plan based on client and associate retention and profitability of business.
Position also includes eligibility for the long-term incentive program based on experience and company performance.
