Salary Range : $65000-$75000 per year

Schedule : Full Time (Exempt)

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity strategy and analytics. This role will drive visibility and enrollment for NY Preschool & Kids Club through impactful digital marketing campaigns engaging content storytelling and community-driven outreach.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who loves testing and optimizing campaigns stays current on digital trends and brings a fresh creative energy to how we tell our story.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Paid Media

• Plan execute and optimize Google Ads Meta and other paid digital campaigns to drive enrollment and brand awareness.
• Track and analyze KPIs (CPC CTR ROAS conversion rates) to continuously improve ad performance and return on spend.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with enrollment goals.
