The Role

Guardian Service Industries is looking for qualified employees to start working at our Boston, MA location.

Qualifications

• All qualified applicants should have at least 2 years in a service organization.
• Must possess experience in cleaning/janitorial background.
• Basic Painting
• Wall Repair
• Light Plumbing
• Light Electrical and Carpentry
• Ability to communicate with site management, operations managers, and property manager’s
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of residential general common areas.
• Mopping.
• Vacuuming.
• Trash removal.
• Cleaning lounge, gym and rest rooms.

A detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process. Different shift schedules are available and some weekend shifts are necessary at these locations.

Salary and compensation will be discussed during interviewing process.
