Job descriptionOversee multiple infrastructure and process system construction projects from contract award through completion Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless project execution Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget Define scope, schedule, and resource allocation in collaboration with management and engineering teams Develop and maintain detailed project plans, cost tracking, and progress reporting Lead project meetings, manage risk, and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards Oversee procurement, scheduling, and change management Support field installation, startup, and commissioning activities as needed Manage client communication and documentation throughout each project phase $90–125K BOE, performance bonuses, full benefits, 401(k) with match 5+ years of experience managing industrial or infrastructure construction projects (water or process systems preferred) Strong working knowledge of construction phases including civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook Familiar with OSHA safety standards and AutoCAD (preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license a strong plus Ability to travel regionally; valid passport a plus Concrete and foundation experience highly valued Seeking candidates looking for a long-term, stable career path with a reputable, growth-oriented organization
