The Position
Oversee multiple infrastructure and process system construction projects from contract award through completionCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless project executionEnsure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budgetDefine scope, schedule, and resource allocation in collaboration with management and engineering teamsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, cost tracking, and progress reportingLead project meetings, manage risk, and ensure compliance with safety and technical standardsOversee procurement, scheduling, and change managementSupport field installation, startup, and commissioning activities as neededManage client communication and documentation throughout each project phaseThe Detail
$90–125K BOE, performance bonuses, full benefits, 401(k) with match5+ years of experience managing industrial or infrastructure construction projects (water or process systems preferred)Strong working knowledge of construction phases including civil, mechanical, electrical, and controlsProficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and OutlookFamiliar with OSHA safety standards and AutoCAD (preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) license a strong plusAbility to travel regionally; valid passport a plusConcrete and foundation experience highly valuedSeeking candidates looking for a long-term, stable career path with a reputable, growth-oriented organization
