- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and approachability while interacting with attendees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Stand for extended periods of time as required during events and fairs.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Ability to perform order entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
