Grafton City Hospital (GCH) is seeking a compassionate and licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to provide mental health and substance-use disorder services in a supportive, community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plansProvide individual, group, and family therapy in outpatient behavioral health settingsTreat a wide range of issues : depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, autism spectrum, and moreOffer crisis intervention, grief support, and coordination of care with other professionalsDocument assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress in electronic health records (EHR)Serve as a liaison to families, community partners, and other hospital departmentsParticipate in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing educationQualifications
Education :
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (required)Licensure (at least one of the following) :
LICSW - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Preferred)LGSW - Licensed Graduate Social WorkerLCSW - Licensed Clinical Social WorkerLPC - Licensed Professional CounselorPLPC - Provisionally Licensed Professional CounselorPreferred Experience :
