Vice President of Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations in the Spec Financing Division.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations within the Spec Financing Division, focusing on pipeline management and performance tracking

Lead operational teams to enhance production volume and streamline builder onboarding and funding processes

Collaborate with divisional leadership to design scalable systems and manage communication with corporate departments

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in mortgage operations, construction lending, or related financial services

Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional operational teams

Strong knowledge of loan origination systems and process optimization

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while leading distributed teams

Prior experience within the company or familiarity with its systems and culture is preferred
