About the role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Overland Park, KS. In this role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across the U.S., ensuring a seamless experience from offer acceptance to first day. You will coordinate hospital clearance and credentialing for technicians, manage compliance requirements, and maintain onboarding systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and positive employee experience.

This position plays a critical role in supporting our mission by ensuring our employees are properly credentialed and ready to serve our hospital partners.

Key Responsibilities

• New Hire Onboarding

Manage onboarding for all new hires across the U.S., ensuring a smooth, timely process.

Coordinate and submit required hospital clearances and credentialing documents for new hires.

Administer the onboarding platform, ensuring accuracy of data and a positive employee experience.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
