The candidate should possess :
- At least 21 years of age
- 3+ years of remote and on-site computer and networking support experience under your belt

- Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize client relationships
Required Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems (desktop and server)Working knowledge of virtualization technology (Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi / Workstation)Understanding of wired and wireless security standardsAbility to locate devices on LANs and configure themExperience with Microsoft 365 Teams / SharePoint, Google CloudNetworking hardware troubleshooting experienceProficiency in Dell systems and network infrastructureAdditional (Preferred) Skills :
