The firm focuses on new construction custom homes valued between 10M and 20M, along with select additions and renovations. They are known for delivering some of the most ornate and high profile custom homes in the region. Ownership is deeply passionate about the luxury residential market and creates an environment where talented builders can step into leadership roles quickly.

Job Description

Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing luxury custom home projects up to $25M. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide progress updates. Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors. Assist in resolving any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have :

• 1+ years in the construction industry, particularly in luxury custom homes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple aspects of projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices.
