Medical Assistant Instructor

Position Description: Delta College is seeking a highly motivated and student-oriented LPN, RN, or experienced Medical Assistant to join our team as a Medical Assistant Instructor for our Slidell Campus. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Minimum of four (4) years of practical experience in a Physician's office or Clinical Practice setting.
• AOS or higher in Medical Assistant or a comparable Healthcare field of study is preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
• Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
