Job descriptionConduct thorough case investigations, gathering evidence and medical records. Analyze the merits of each claim to determine eligibility and potential compensation under the RAF Act. Prepare and draft all necessary legal documents, including pleadings, summons, and settlement agreements. Advise and represent clients throughout the claims process, including negotiations with the RAF and legal representation in court or mediation. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other legal professionals. Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and case law regarding RAF claims. Manage caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints. Prepare comprehensive reports on case progress for clients and senior management.

- Experience specializing in Third-Party RAF claims.
- Proven track record of success in resolving RAF claims through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Road Accident Fund Act and related legislation.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
