Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 7 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

No weekends, holidays, or evenings!

Pay Range : $20.00 – $24.00 / hour (DOE)

Puget Sound Pain Clinic is growing - and we're looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team and float between our Lakewood and Puyallup locations. As the premier Pain Clinic in the Seattle–Tacoma area , we've spent more than 20 years helping patients reclaim their lives through compassionate, expert pain management.

Our receptionists play a vital role : you'll be the first and last point of contact for patients, setting the tone for their entire experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people feel welcome and supported, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring every interaction is friendly and professional

Schedule new and follow-up appointments

Collect co-pays and handle payments accurately

Follow up on "no-shows" and pre-op appointments

Verify insurance information and update records as needed

Answer and direct phone calls with efficiency and care

Keep the reception area and lobby clean, organized, and inviting

Complete paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail

Protect patient confidentiality at all times

Perform scanning, filing, and other general office tasks
