Lead Frontend Web3 Developer

A company is looking for a Lead Frontend Web3 Developer (f / m / d) to architect and scale decentralized applications while leading a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead frontend architecture, design, and development of Web3 consumer applications

Write, review, and optimize production-grade code in JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PHP

Collaborate with product and design teams to translate concepts into high-performance UIs and user journeys

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with 2+ years in Web3 / dApp ecosystems

Proven hands-on coding and technical leadership in production-grade products

Expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and PHP

Strong understanding of Web3 integrations and smart contract calls

Familiarity with AI-powered development workflows (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT)
