An Emergency Medicine Physician is responsible for providing immediate treatment to patients in a hospital emergency department, handling a high volume of cases with various shifts available. This role requires board certification or eligibility in emergency medicine, family practice, or internal medicine, along with essential life support certifications. Practitioners may be granted temporary privileges and receive competitive compensation and benefits, including malpractice insurance and referral incentives.

Start date or shifts : ASAP; day, night, and weekend shifts available. 12-hour shifts; 360 hours per month.

Practice setting : Hospital Emergency Department

Annual patient volume : 16,000

Required certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible; life support certifications required. COVID vaccine or exemption required.

Other : Temporary or emergency privileges are granted for eligible candidates. No trauma center designation. EMR system : Medhost. No APC or scribe coverage.
