Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout. Manage subcontractors, field staff, and site logistics. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and company policies. Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve issues. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Mentor junior superintendents and foremen, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have :

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects over $10M.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
